    Shipping

    We offer free standard and express delivery options on all orders from the USA and selected countries. Deliveries to other destinations will be at your own cost. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.

    We ship next business day after the day the order has been placed. The warehouse ships daily during work days, and we don't ship on weekends and bank holidays in the state of California. All times are Pacific time.

    Estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout.

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. It is not possible to make any changes to your order after you receive a tracking number.

    On Non-US orders:

    When shipping internationally, it is important to understand the duties and taxes which may apply to your shipment.

    Paying duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges is the receiver's responsibility.

    The price on the website doesn't include any additional charges that may take place during delivery.

    1. We provide free standard and paid express delivery options for all orders within the USA and to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery options for orders to other destinations will be charged to you and will be calculated at checkout.
    2. If placed before 12 pm Pacific time, your order will be shipped on the same business day, otherwise it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that our warehouse operates on weekdays only, and we don’t ship on weekends and bank holidays in California. All timings are in Pacific time.
    3. During checkout, you’ll see the estimated delivery times for your order. Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We do not refund any express or expedited delivery options if the delivery time has been exceeded, as this is completely out of our control.
    4. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
    5. When shipping internationally, it’s important to understand that there may be duties and taxes applied to your shipment by local customs, tax, and other government agencies. The receiver is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and other charges associated with the delivery.
    6. Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered based on the tracking information, but the customer has not received the item, we kindly request the customer to follow the steps below before applying for a refund or requesting a replacement:

    a) We encourage customers to check with their neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Delivery carriers sometimes leave packages with nearby neighbors if the recipient is not available.

    b) Customers are advised to contact the local post office or the delivery carrier directly to inquire about the situation. They may be able to provide additional information or assist in locating the package.

    c) Please note that in some cases, AURA Devices reserves the right to request the filing of a police report before proceeding with a refund or sending a replacement. This measure is taken to ensure the validity of the claim and protect against potential fraudulent activity.

    We appreciate your cooperation in following these steps to resolve any delivery issues effectively.

    Returns & refunds

    We offer free 15-day returns on all orders, as long as your item shows no significant signs of use or visible damage. Here’s what you need to do:

    1. First, request a return by emailing us at support@auradevices.io. Tell us your full name, order number, the date your order was placed, and what item / items you would like to return.
    2. Prepare the item / items for the return, making sure all tags and packaging are included - we may not be able to accept your return without these.
    3. Once that's done, we will send you a return label with return instructions. Only US return labels are prepaid.
    4. When your return is received, our team will check the item over and either accept it for return, or contact you if there is a problem. This takes around 1-7 business days. Please note that if your item is not accepted for return, we will not be able to return either the item cost or deliver and return costs.
    5. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you’ll get a corresponding email confirmation. You will only be refunded the item cost;
    6. Keep in mind that we currently only accept returns from the USA;
    7. Returns from outside of the USA can be received by our warehouse only if the item was sent as a regular shipment. We do not cover any cost related to the items sent outside from the USA;
    8. We do not refund any services that were successfully rendered, such as shipping or priority shipping;
    9. We do not refund any taxes and customs duties paid by the customer, except Sales Tax in the US;
    10. For the orders en-route to the customer: if we will be able to cancel shipping (usually it is within 1 business day since order has been placed), we will issue full refund instantly. If the item has been shipped already, and yet has not been received by the customer, but the forwarding agent was not able to return it — we can only issue a refund when the customer sends the item(s) back as described above.
